Exercise for Life Program
This 10-week individually-tailored exercise programmes monitored by our Exercise Specialists. The programme includes an initial fitness assessment and personalised fitness evaluation, an individualised and regularly adjusted exercise programme prescribed by an Exercise Specialist, and supervised exercise classes 3 days per week. This is one of our very successful programmes of which spaces fill very quickly. The upcoming programme will be starting on the 11th February 2019. Indoor Fitness Circuit

Hatha Yoga and Yin Yang Flow
Three types of yoga classes are being offered at the Active Health Clinic to fit your needs.
  • Hatha Yoga - explore variations of sun salutations, standing and seated poses along with body balancing. Connecting the breath with the movement of the body during the “flow” of yoga and deepening into the “stretch” allows energy to flow and provides relaxation for the busy mind.
  • Core Yoga – aims to build up core strength and stability, improve balance and posture, reduce back pain.
  • Yin Yang Yoga - combines the balancing and complementary effects of passive (Yin) and active (Yang) postures.

Hatha Yoga – Every Monday at 08:30-09:30pm
Core Yoga – Every Tuesday at 12:30-1:30pm
Yin Yang – Every Thursday at 08:30-09:30am

Personal Training
The Personal Training Programme aims to provide one-on-one fitness and health training sessions to our members. Led by our team of highly qualified exercise specialists, personal trainers, and strength and conditioning specialists, this group of health and fitness experts will guide and monitor any of our members toward reaching their optimal results in accordance with their personal goals and individual abilities.
